Refund policy
Legal guarantees of conformity (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The conformity of the products sold by the Seller in favor of the Customer is guaranteed by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) for sale of consumer goods. The Seller provides the official guarantee for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
The consumer loses the rights to request the guarantee if he does not inform the
seller of the lack of conformity by no later than two months after the date on which he discovered
it.
The guarantee is valid for the following defects:
• the product does not correspond to the agreement;
• the product does not have the essential characteristics;
• the product does not correspond to its use and usual qualities;
The Seller will not be liable for any damage that may derive from misuse or wear, unprofessional handling or installation, malfunction due to short circuit. The warranty does not apply in the event of factors unrelated to the normal use of the product, such as increases or decreases in voltage, use of inappropriate or prohibited by manufacturer accessories, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive use by the Customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty is also excluded for defects that were already known by the Customer at the time of purchase.
Method: it is up to the Customer, before returning a non-compliant item, and in order to enforce the warranty, to agree, also by e-mail, with the Seller the methods for return of the product. The Seller undertakes to indicate to the Customer the place and method for delivery of the product. Once the Product is received, the Seller will check it, also using the Manufacturer's facilities and, if the lack of conformity is found, it will send the repaired or replacement product to the Customer. If, upon the outcome of the check, the product is not affected by any lack of conformity, the Seller will inform the Customer about the costs necessary for its repair or replacement. The costs relating to the transport of products that do not have conformity defects will be charged to the Customer. In the event of a complaint of lack of conformity, the Seller will promptly contact the Customer to inform him and possibly propose the replacement of the defective product with alternative products, of equivalent or superior value and quality. The conventional guarantees, free or paid, offered by the manufacturer or the retailer, do not replace or limit the legal guarantee of conformity, with respect to which they may have different scope and / or duration. Anyone who offers conventional guarantees must always specify that these are different and additional guarantees with respect to the legal guarantee of conformity that protects consumers.
Change Size
We suggest, before placing an order, to carefully evaluate the choice of size or measure, perhaps by contacting our customer service: shop@modeon.it
However, in the event of an incorrect size, within 14 days from delivery , you will have the opportunity to exchange goods, specifying the details via email.
We will, through our courier, collect the previously purchased item directly from you, at the same time delivering you the replacement item.
Re-pack the product before handling to the courier as if it were a normal shipment.
The EXCHANGE service has a cost of 9.00 Euro, paid in cash to the courier.
N.B. : Items must be returned to us unused, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging (where present).
PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

- • Re-pack the item as for a normal shipment
- • Upon arrival of the courier, the goods will be exchanged following payment of the 9.00 Euro
Order Cancellation Policy
With Mode On soc. coop. it is possible to cancel an order already paid and obtain a refund only if the order has not been handled to the courier. To cancel the order, please contact the shop by:

Withdrawal
In compliance with the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the same products or renounce the right to provide the services and receive a refund of the price already paid in case of advance payment.
This right applies to all purchases over 50 euro (shipping costs included), above this threshold the full amount of the order will be refunded, including any shipping costs.
Withdrawal request:
The Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products, by sending an email to the address shop@modeon.it .
The shipping costs for returning the items to Mode On are on the customer.

The refund will be made within 10 working days from receipt of the goods,
via PayPal if the order was paid with it,
or by bank transfer.
For the "Choose the discount" promotion, the refund of the return will be calculated on the basis of the percentage of the discount threshold obtained during the purchase.
For the products of the Resell category, the return is not available.
NB: If the item has been used negligently and is no longer intact, the customer is only liable for the decrease in value of the asset itself, but he can also exercise the withdrawal.
